These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Soj Co. and the Customer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Soj Co. merchant site, whether the Customer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these general conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Soj Co. Soj Co. reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the Customer.

1. Price display
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros (€) including all French taxes (VAT and all other applicable taxes). 2. Sale outside mainland France
Any sale to a country other than mainland France places the Customer in the position of importer – who will ensure under his sole responsibility the entry of the products into the destination territory, will carry out all the necessary procedures, and will be responsible for all taxes, customs or import duties and more generally amounts to be paid relating thereto.

1. Shipping costs
For all shipments within mainland France, shipping costs are free for individuals for orders over €29 for a maximum weight of 20 kg; beyond this, transport is calculated based on the weight of the order (actual price).
For professional customers, shipping costs are free for all orders placed under 20 kg and depending on the weight of the order over 20 kg and the destination.
For shipments outside mainland France, shipping costs vary. They are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order, the country of delivery and the type of transport chosen. Shipping rates may be free provided that the shipping cost does not exceed that sent from mainland France.
2. Shipping time
Any item available in stock is shipped on average within 24 to 48 hours. In all other cases, availability is specified on the product sheet and may vary between 3 and 30 days depending on the type of products ordered. Shipping times are given for information purposes only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the Customer reimbursed.
3. Delivery time
The ordered product is delivered by postal circuit or by an independent carrier, depending on the nature of the product ordered and at the exclusive initiative of Soj Co., to the address appearing on the order form. The announced delivery times are indicated when leaving our warehouses. The choice of delivery method depends on the weight of the items ordered. The delivery time of your package depends on the carrier used.

4. Delivery area
The online sale of products and services presented on the site is offered to buyers who reside in mainland France, Corsica, Monaco and the countries of the European Union.
5. Transportation
The risks associated with transport are borne by the seller, under the condition that the buyer has checked the goods upon receipt in the presence of the carrier and has notified in writing on the transport slip, if necessary, the reservations observed, even in the case of carriage free shipping. If the package is too damaged, the buyer must refuse it.

Any damaged package must be kept available to the carrier for collection and possible reimbursement.
In the event of a package lost during transport, investigation times may vary depending on the carrier and take from one to three weeks. If at the end of the investigation the carrier declares having delivered to the customer, no reimbursement can be claimed by the latter. Otherwise - if the package is found to be lost and/or undelivered - it will be refunded to the customer or replaced according to the customer's wishes.
6. Withdrawal point
For any order not collected from a relay point at the end of the deadline, and redirected to Soj Co., no refund will be made, or, on request, the order will be refunded after deduction of a fixed rate of €10.00 in administrative costs and the costs of transporting the package back and forth.
7. Parcel return following incomplete or insufficient address, or non-response to a delivery notice
Any order whose address is insufficient, or awaiting instructions following a delivery notice left by the carrier, which will be returned to us by the carrier, Soj Co. will make a refund corresponding to the amount of the order, less the actual transport costs (round trip) plus a flat rate of €10.00 for order preparation and file costs.

Under the conditions provided for by law no. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 of the Consumer Code and in the context of distance selling, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from delivery of his order which will be reimbursed against return of the products delivered, with the exception of return costs.
